Hamai Industries Reports Profit Surge to 830 Million Yen

Hamai Industries saw its net profit climb to 830 million yen for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, marking a significant jump from the 513 million yen reported in the previous year. The Tokyo-listed manufacturer achieved these results under Japanese accounting standards despite a slight cooling in operational earnings.

The company’s annual revenue reached 12.72 billion yen, reflecting a steady increase from the 12.09 billion yen recorded in 2024. However, core profitability metrics faced downward pressure during the same period. Operating profit slipped to 1.10 billion yen from 1.24 billion yen, while pretax profit settled at 1.23 billion yen compared to 1.33 billion yen the year prior.

Despite the contraction in operating margins, the bottom-line growth translated to stronger returns for shareholders. Earnings per share rose to 123.94 yen, up from 76.70 yen in the previous cycle. These figures highlight a divergence between top-line expansion and the company's underlying operating efficiency throughout the 2025 fiscal year.
