Iradimed Shares Slide Following Diminished Financial Outlook

An 8% drop in Iradimed shares on Friday signaled investor unease as the medical device manufacturer tightened its full-year revenue and earnings targets. Trading at $79.17, the stock hit its lowest point since October 2025, deepening a year-to-date decline that now stands at 19%.

Iradimed Shares Slide Following Diminished Financial Outlook

The company adjusted its annual revenue forecast to a range of $91.6 million to $93.1 million, narrowing the upper bound from its previous $96 million estimate. This revision aligns closely with the $92.1 million consensus among analysts surveyed by FactSet. Alongside the revenue shift, Iradimed updated its earnings per share projections to $1.90–$1.94, while adjusted earnings are now anticipated to land between $2.07 and $2.11.

These adjustments follow a third-quarter performance that saw revenue climb to $24.2 million, bolstered by the market introduction of a new pump. Despite meeting analyst expectations for quarterly profit at 55 cents per share on an adjusted basis, the company’s outlook for the final quarter fell short of market projections. Iradimed expects fourth-quarter revenue between $25 million and $26.5 million, missing the $26.2 million target, while earnings estimates for the period also trailed consensus figures.
