Frontier International Profit More Than Doubles in First Quarter

Frontier International Inc. reported a sharp surge in profitability for the first quarter ending July 31, with net profit climbing to 333 million yen from 143 million yen during the same period last year. The results, calculated under Japanese accounting standards, reflect a significant expansion in the company's financial performance.

Revenue for the quarter hit 7.41 billion yen, up from the 5.69 billion yen recorded in 2025. This growth in top-line figures translated into a strong bottom-line improvement, as operating profit reached 562 million yen compared to 239 million yen previously. Pretax profit also saw a notable increase, rising to 578 million yen from 240 million yen.

Shareholders saw earnings per share climb to 37.26 yen, more than double the 16.14 yen reported in the prior year. Diluted earnings per share followed a similar trajectory, rising to 36.61 yen from 16.13 yen.
