CEO Zach Fine noted that the investment is designed to sustain the company's trajectory in the fresh poultry aisle, where it competes by offering pre-seasoned, antibiotic-free products like Korean BBQ and Shawarma-flavored thighs. For Anne Arundel County, the move represents a significant boost to the local food industry, a sentiment echoed by Amy Gowan, president and CEO of the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation, who highlighted the facility's role in strengthening the regional manufacturing economy.
