Brennan Investment Group Names Keith Hartley Head of Technology

Industrial real estate firm Brennan Investment Group has appointed Keith Hartley to the newly created role of Director, Head of Technology. Based at the company's Rosemont, Illinois headquarters, Hartley will oversee enterprise applications, data governance, and cybersecurity as the firm moves to modernize its internal digital infrastructure.

Hartley joins the firm with over ten years of experience in technology leadership within commercial real estate and global financial services. His previous tenure includes serving as Global Manager of Infrastructure and Systems Engineering at Cboe Global Markets, where he spearheaded the standardization of the company's AI platform. Before his time at Cboe, he served as Vice President of Technology Enablement and Operations at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, focusing on data warehouse integration and asset lifecycle reporting.

At Brennan, Hartley will prioritize business transformation and the integration of AI-driven efficiencies. His mandate includes refining the company’s technology stack to ensure it scales alongside the firm’s $8 billion industrial portfolio. According to Michael Brennan, the firm’s co-founder and chairman, the appointment signals an effort to embed advanced technology more deeply into the company’s day-to-day operations. Hartley stated that his strategy centers on identifying specific team challenges to accelerate decision-making processes across the organization.
