Reveel Launches AI-Driven Platform to Automate Carrier Network Management

Irvine-based shipping intelligence firm Reveel has unveiled Omnicarrier Decision Intelligence, an AI-native tool designed to help shippers optimize multi-carrier networks in real-time. By moving away from static reports and blended averages, the platform allows companies to model costs and select carriers at the individual package level before shipments occur.

The shipping industry faces a volatile landscape where mid-year price hikes and complex surcharge structures have rendered traditional, long-term carrier agreements increasingly difficult to manage. According to recent industry data, 92% of shippers lack real-time visibility into their carrier spend, while 86% remain unable to effectively model their networks. Reveel’s new platform aims to bridge this gap by integrating a conversational AI analyst, Reveel IQ, which provides traceable, dollar-quantified recommendations based on a company’s unique shipping profile.

Operating across three core pillars—Plan, Manage, and Govern—the system allows users to simulate the financial impact of rate proposals or surcharge changes within minutes. CEO Josh Dunham noted that the platform fundamentally shifts the sequence of shipping logistics, moving the decision-making process ahead of the invoice stage. By validating every shipment against contracted terms and dimensional thresholds, the software ensures that financial forecasting reflects actual costs rather than estimates. The platform, which is available immediately, claims to deliver an average annual savings of over 20% by replacing heavy-handed negotiations with data-backed operational precision.
