The rankings highlight a mix of established culinary icons and regional institutions. Buenos Aires’ Fogón Asado claimed the top spot globally for fine dining, while Ristorante Paoletti in Highlands, North Carolina, secured the number one ranking within the U.S. for its Northern Italian menu and extensive cellar. In the casual dining sector, Paris’s Pizzeria Arrivederci took global honors, with South Carolina's Hook & Barrel leading the U.S. list for its sustainable seafood approach.
Responding to a shift toward immersive travel, the platform introduced four experiential categories. The Reykjavik Food Walk leads the global food tour rankings, while the Rome Pasta and Tiramisu Class holds the top position for cooking instruction. The new Viral Right Now category, which identifies eateries surging in popularity across digital platforms, features London’s Dishoom and Ho Chi Minh City’s Banh Mi Huynh Hoa. These selections are determined by the volume and quality of traveler feedback submitted between July 2025 and June 2026, filtered through a final editorial review.
