WiscNet and schoolOS Partner to Streamline Wisconsin K-12 Support

Wisconsin school districts can now access the schoolOS suite through a new statewide agreement with WiscNet, the state’s nonprofit research and education network. By bypassing traditional procurement hurdles, member districts gain immediate access to schoolAgent, a centralized support platform designed to consolidate scattered helpdesk requests into a single, efficient intake channel.

School districts often struggle with support tickets fragmented across email, phone calls, and informal hallway requests. schoolAgent acts as a unified front door, answering routine inquiries instantly while routing complex tasks to the appropriate departments. The platform integrates with existing district software, avoiding the need for disruptive system replacements. Districts retain full control over data access, as the tool operates on public-facing information rather than sensitive student records.

Beyond basic helpdesk functions, the broader schoolOS suite offers AI-driven asset management and cross-system automation. This modular approach allows administrators to scale their digital infrastructure at their own pace. Rich Watson, CEO of schoolOS, noted that the partnership aims to provide long-overdue technological innovation to those managing school operations. Aneta Kosturova, CFO at WiscNet, emphasized that the collaboration reduces administrative friction by allowing districts to simplify their tech stacks under a single agreement. To introduce these capabilities, the organizations will host a virtual information session on October 13.
