Harkins arrives at the Fort Washington-based broker-dealer following leadership tenures at Harbor Capital Advisors, Lincoln Financial Network, and Voya Financial. Her mandate at Lincoln Investment centers on integrating digital marketing, practice management, and brand development to better serve the firm's roughly 1,000 financial advisors, who oversee more than $60 billion in assets.

Chief Executive Officer Kathy Leckey noted that the appointment aims to translate deep business knowledge into more effective professional engagement. Harkins will report to leadership with a focus on scaling the firm's market positioning and creating a more cohesive communication strategy across its national operations. The move follows a year where the firm secured the 13th spot on Financial Planning’s 2026 IBD Elite list, a ranking based on 2025 revenue.
