To facilitate this care, the building includes specialized amenities such as a dedicated activities of daily living suite, an in-house dialysis unit, and a therapy courtyard.

Mat Gooch, president of the company’s Northeast region, stated that the facility aims to expand access to intensive recovery services for families across the Montgomery County area. Beyond the clinical gyms equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology, the site features a dining room, an on-site pharmacy, and dayroom areas intended to support long-term functional recovery.
