Rosen Law Firm Initiates Class Action Lawsuit Against Baidu

Investors who purchased Baidu, Inc. securities between November 18, 2026, and August 17, 2026, face a critical deadline to participate in a class action lawsuit. Those seeking to serve as lead plaintiff in the litigation against the technology firm must file their motions with the court by November 13, 2026.

The lawsuit, filed by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Baidu misled shareholders regarding the efficacy of its artificial intelligence division. According to the complaint, the company overstated its AI capabilities to offset a rapid decline in its legacy online marketing business. The filing contends that these omissions obscured the likelihood of falling revenues, causing material harm to investors when the actual state of the business reached the public market.

While a class action has been formally initiated, no class has been certified yet. Investors are not currently represented by counsel unless they choose to retain their own. Those interested in the case may serve as a lead plaintiff or remain absent class members, as the ability to participate in any potential future recovery does not depend on taking an active leadership role in the litigation.
