The offering raised a total of 361.4 million euros, resulting in the issuance of 11.5 million shares. To prevent dilution, the company simultaneously canceled an equivalent number of treasury shares, keeping the total share capital stable at 3.71 billion euros. This move aligns with the group's ongoing effort to tie staff interests directly to long-term value creation.
CEO Estelle Brachlianoff emphasized that the high engagement signals internal confidence in the company’s environmental objectives. By integrating expertise across water, waste, and energy sectors, the group aims to leverage this unified ownership to navigate shifting industrial demands. The participation levels observed in this cycle surpass all previous iterations since the program's inception in 2018.
