Bloom Energy Investors Face September Deadline in Fraud Class Action

Investors who incurred financial losses holding Bloom Energy Corporation stock between February 2025 and July 2026 now have until September 28 to petition for lead plaintiff status. The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz is spearheading the litigation, which centers on allegations of systemic non-disclosure regarding the company’s supply chain.

The core of the legal complaint focuses on Bloom Energy’s reliance on scandium sourced from China. Plaintiffs allege that the company utilized intermediaries to obscure the origin of these materials, thereby misleading shareholders about the true nature of its operational dependencies. By failing to disclose the extent of this reliance, the company allegedly issued statements that lacked a factual basis, artificially inflating investor confidence.

Those who purchased BE shares during the specified period may join the ongoing class action. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the Frank R. Cruz firm to discuss their rights, though investors are not required to take immediate action to remain part of the class. The firm notes that individuals have the option to retain independent counsel or remain absent members as the proceedings move toward the late-September deadline.
