PRC Launches Exclusive Wellbeing Workshops for Healthcare Systems

Healthcare workforce burnout demands more than static survey data. Professional Research Consultants is bridging that gap by launching an exclusive employee wellbeing package for ASHHRA Preferred Partner Program members, combining granular survey measurement with hands-on, frontline workshops designed to turn feedback into immediate, actionable resilience training.

The new service, managed in collaboration with Lockton, marks the first in a series of initiatives specifically for AP3 participants. Unlike traditional assessment tools that often leave HR departments with reports but no roadmap, this package includes a structured half-day workshop and four follow-up virtual sessions. By removing attendance caps, PRC aims to ensure that wellbeing strategies reach frontline staff directly rather than lingering in leadership briefings.

Cynde King, President and CEO of PRC, emphasized that healthcare HR leaders require partners capable of identifying the precise roots of burnout. Since 1980, the company has built a database of over 2,800 hospitals, allowing participating systems to benchmark their results against specific industry peers rather than generic market averages. Bo Brabo, AP3 Program Lead at Lockton, noted that the partnership was chosen to move beyond mere metrics, focusing instead on tangible improvements in staff retention and engagement. The package is available immediately to ASHHRA members and organizations referred through the AP3 network.
