The adjustment applies across the bank's affiliate network, impacting a wide array of financial services ranging from personal loans to commercial credit lines. KeyCorp operates as one of the largest bank-based financial services companies in the United States, managing approximately $191 billion in assets as of the second quarter of 2026.

This shift follows the bank’s standard interest rate policy for its KeyBank National Association branches, which serve customers across 15 states. The institution maintains a footprint of roughly 950 branches and 1,100 ATMs, providing services that span from basic deposit accounts to complex corporate banking products offered through its KeyBanc Capital Markets division.
