The winning initiative prioritizes accessibility by providing advisors with direct, centralized operational support. By reducing the friction associated with complex service requests, the program allows professionals to delegate administrative burdens and focus on client-facing activities. According to Tarah Williams, president and chief operating officer at Prospera, the service was developed specifically by aggregating advisor feedback to balance high-touch personalization with operational efficiency.

This year’s competition saw nearly 1,400 nominations from over 500 organizations, with judges evaluating candidates on innovation and measurable improvements to the advisor experience. For the Dallas-based firm, this victory adds to a significant track record of industry recognition, including nine previous wins and thirteen finalist honors from WealthManagement.com. Since its founding in 1982, Prospera has focused on maintaining a boutique, service-driven culture for its network of independent financial professionals.
