The transition, confirmed in a Thursday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, marks a significant shift in the company’s leadership structure as it navigates its next phase of operations.

Ravid, who previously held the positions of CEO and interim CFO, has resigned from those executive duties. He will remain with the firm as an executive director and continue his tenure as a member of the board of directors.
Murray brings recent experience from GBT Tokenize Corp., where he served as chief executive starting in June 2022. His background also includes a stint as CEO and principal financial officer at GBT Technologies between November 2024 and February 2026.
