Van arrives with a background rooted in public accounting, having spent more than 20 years at firms including RSM US and Grant Thornton, where she held audit partner positions. Her executive track record also includes a stint as CFO at Shew Enterprises and an interim turn at the helm of financial operations for Hardesty.

She replaces Cary Dickson, who is retiring from his post. To ensure a smooth transition, Dickson will remain involved with the company as a consultant for the next twelve months.
