At DXC, he is tasked with accelerating AI-driven growth and refining the company’s sales discipline within one of its primary global regions.

Paul Taylor emphasized that the appointment aims to deepen customer relationships and strengthen pipeline management. Rick Ruiz, who previously handled interim leadership duties for the Americas, will remain with the firm to oversee the U.S. Public Sector and Canada, reporting to Nikols.
