Investors Face November Deadline in Unicycive Securities Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Unicycive Therapeutics securities between December 29, 2025, and June 29, 2026, have until November 2, 2026, to apply for the role of lead plaintiff. The Rosen Law Firm is currently organizing the class action, alleging that the company misled shareholders regarding its manufacturing oversight.

The lawsuit claims that Unicycive failed to audit its third-party manufacturing vendor, leaving the company without a basis to believe that FDA-cited deficiencies had been resolved. According to the complaint, these undisclosed risks regarding manufacturing practices made regulatory approval of oxylanthanum carbonate (OLC) unlikely, ultimately damaging investors when the information became public. Shareholders who purchased stock during the specified period may be entitled to compensation through a contingency fee arrangement.

Those interested in the litigation can contact Phillip Kim at the Rosen Law Firm. No class has been certified yet, meaning investors are not represented by counsel unless they retain one specifically. While investors may choose to serve as a lead plaintiff to direct the litigation, they can also remain absent class members and still participate in potential future recoveries.
