These acquisitions form part of a broader 15 billion SEK buyback program initiated by the company on April 16, 2026, which is slated to run through March 31, 2027. The company’s Board of Directors intends to propose the cancellation of these repurchased shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, excluding those required to satisfy existing share-based incentive obligations. Following these latest transactions, Ericsson now holds 108,018,663 treasury shares out of a total share capital of 3,371,351,735.

The execution of the program adheres to the European Union’s Market Abuse Regulation and the associated Safe Harbour provisions. The weighted average price per share during this period fluctuated between a low of 98.04 SEK on September 15 and a high of 101.27 SEK on September 17.
