For Ladle & Leaf, the partnership serves as a menu enhancement. Steve Sarver, CEO of the foodservice provider, noted that the bubble tea offerings provide a refreshing complement to their existing meal options. This expansion aligns with Gong cha’s broader growth strategy, which aims to surpass 500 locations across the Americas by 2028. Currently, the brand operates over 240 locations in the U.S. and continues to prioritize high-traffic, nontraditional venues to accelerate its footprint.
