Parcel Perform Rebrands as Perform.AI to Automate E-commerce Operations

Singapore-based logistics software provider Parcel Perform is rebranding to Perform.AI, shifting its focus from simple parcel tracking to an end-to-end AI Commerce Operating System. The move reflects a new retail reality where brands must optimize their operations not just for human shoppers, but for the AI agents that influence purchase decisions.

The platform centralizes the entire e-commerce journey, covering visibility, checkout, post-purchase experience, and returns. By integrating logistics and shipping partnerships under a unified system, Perform.AI uses its proprietary AI Decision Intelligence to automate daily tasks and optimize for gross margins. The software connects internal teams—from marketing to customer service—directly to operational data through the Model Context Protocol, allowing staff to query information within their existing AI tools.

Dr. Arne Jeroschewski, Co-Founder and CEO, emphasizes that the platform addresses a decade-long fragmentation in e-commerce software. Instead of managing multiple logins and disconnected processes, businesses can now rely on a single system that processes over 100 billion parcel updates annually. With 1,100 carrier integrations spanning 160 countries, the system proactively manages delivery delays and carrier selection to ensure brands meet the strict performance standards required by modern AI agents.
