Her career has centered on the governance and scaling of mining infrastructure, a skill set Cypherpunk CEO Douglas E. Onsi described as vital to the firm’s mission of building a constellation of privacy-preserving technologies. Fabiano noted that she views infrastructure as the foundational layer for how digital privacy evolves and scales in an increasingly connected world.

The appointment arrives shortly after the August launch of the company’s mining arm, which now operates approximately 4.2 GSol/s of hashrate across the United States. Between August 18 and August 31, 2026, the fleet generated 3,023.13 ZEC, all of which has been integrated into the corporate treasury. Beyond its mining efforts, Cypherpunk continues to prioritize privacy-focused investments and the ongoing development of medical therapies through its subsidiary, Leap Therapeutics.
