Fisher arrives at the CTO position with over 30 years of experience across manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Since joining the organization in March 2026 as senior vice president of global operations, he has focused on refining internal processes, most notably securing ISO 9001 certification for the company’s Louisville manufacturing facility.

CEO David Lockwood cited Fisher’s technical discipline and focus on execution as key drivers for the promotion. In his new capacity, Fisher aims to bridge the gap between complex equipment engineering and customer-facing packaging solutions. He stated that the company’s immediate objective remains aligning engineering output with operational excellence to increase efficiency for clients in both North American and European markets.
