The program centers on five core pillars—Trust, Timing, Tactics, Talent, and Territory—all anchored by the existing MEDDPICC methodology. CEO Andy Whyte developed the curriculum to shift leadership from an intuitive, often accidental practice into a craft that allows managers to diagnose stalling deals and team performance issues before they manifest as forecast failures. By applying the 'Commit Culture' framework, the system aims to move organizational behavior from vague promises to verifiable, consistent execution.
Key components of the T5 model include Named Revenue Agreements for performance tracking and the C8 framework for standardizing the definition of top-tier talent. The program is currently available through the MEDDICC mOS platform, priced at $899 annually for individuals, with additional corporate and team licensing options. By integrating these disciplines, the company intends to provide CROs and VPs with the tools necessary to manage complex, multi-region go-to-market organizations with greater predictability.
