The guitar features DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary pickups, chosen specifically to mirror the dynamic response and sustain found in Mancuso’s primary instrument. Yamaha utilized its Acoustic Design technology to balance a chambered body for resonance with a carbon-reinforced neck, ensuring structural stability for demanding players.

Beyond internal components, the instrument incorporates specific physical refinements requested by Mancuso, including a modified neck heel designed to facilitate easier access to upper frets. The aesthetic package includes a flame-maple top in Vintage Sunburst, gold hardware, and custom inlays. The guitar is currently available through authorized dealers, offering a production-line version of the gear that has defined the Italian guitarist's fusion-heavy sound.
