These funds will support the Next Gen Workforce Leadership Academy, which provides college students with mentorship, financial literacy training, and direct exposure to professional networks to ease their transition into the workforce.

Prospera Initiatives secures the largest portion of the funding, with a $50,000 grant dedicated to assisting small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. The organization plans to use the capital to offer technical assistance and financial tools, specifically targeting the removal of barriers to growth for entrepreneurs in the Greater Orlando and Tampa Bay areas.
