Funding is split into four distinct tiers: $450,000 for foundational organizational needs and membership growth; $350,000 for pilot projects focused on workforce development and the circular water economy; $100,000 to assist with centennial anniversary celebrations; and a $100,000 reserve for emergency operational continuity. Prospective applicants can access full guidelines and eligibility criteria starting November 1.
