The expansion builds on the 2025 launch of AskGPS, an internal tool currently used by nearly 3,000 employees to navigate institutional knowledge. The new Intelligence Hub integrates three distinct capabilities: Intelligent Treasury Management Reviews, which unify account structures for faster meeting preparation; Digital Account Schematics, providing visual representations of fund flows and liquidity; and Enhanced Relationship Insights, which utilize AI to identify potential client needs and service gaps.
Jarrett Bruhn, head of Data and Artificial Intelligence for GPS, stated that the initiative is intended to provide teams with more connected tools to address evolving treasury priorities. While the system automates data synthesis, the bank maintains that all outputs remain subject to its Responsible AI framework, ensuring human oversight in all client interactions and final decision-making processes. The platform’s development has already earned industry accolades, including the 2026 Technology & Innovation Award from Treasury Management International.
