Ford’s Garage Partners With Pink Fund for Breast Cancer Awareness

For the seventh consecutive year, Ford’s Garage is turning its restaurants pink to support those battling breast cancer. Throughout October, the vintage-themed chain will offer limited-edition T-shirts for $20, with every dollar of the proceeds going directly to the Pink Fund to assist patients with essential living expenses during treatment.

The campaign arrives as the Pink Fund celebrates two decades of operation. Since its inception in 2006, the nonprofit has focused on alleviating the financial burden often associated with a cancer diagnosis, covering costs for housing, utilities, and insurance for those in active treatment. To date, the collaboration between the restaurant chain and the foundation has raised more than $60,000.

Billy Downs, president of Ford’s Garage, noted that the partnership has become a cornerstone of the company’s community involvement. Molly MacDonald, CEO and co-founder of the Pink Fund, emphasized that such corporate alliances are vital for maintaining the organization’s ability to keep patients stable while they focus on recovery. Guests can purchase the shirts at any of the 35 Ford’s Garage locations across eight states while supplies last.
