Relevance AI Launches Invent 2.0 to Automate Complex Business Workflows

San Francisco-based Relevance AI has introduced Invent 2.0, a platform designed to transition companies from basic AI copilots to fully autonomous agent workforces. By automating the design, testing, and governance of multi-agent systems, the tool promises to compress development cycles from several weeks down to just a few hours.

Invent 2.0 functions as a virtual solutions engineer, interviewing users to map out business processes and identify tasks suitable for automation. The system automatically constructs multi-agent architectures, integrates necessary software tools, and establishes performance benchmarks. By continuously monitoring live runs against these standards, the platform diagnoses root causes of quality drift and suggests precise adjustments to prompts or orchestration logic without requiring constant manual intervention.

The technology has already been validated through an enterprise design partner program. Secure Code Warrior, for instance, migrated its internal deal desk operations to the platform. Matt Wilson, the company's VP of FP&A and Revenue Operations, reported that the transition reduced development time from weeks to less than one day, significantly lowering costs while maintaining high output quality. According to Relevance AI Co-CEO Daniel Vassilev, this shift allows organizations to move beyond individual productivity tools toward systemic, Level 4 autonomous workflows that can manage entire departmental processes.
