Matt King, CEO of OTG, noted that the integration of talent and resources positions the firm to redefine terminal standards. Milan Patel, currently serving as President of OHM, will retain his title within the new organization, focusing on long-term growth strategies and maintaining key partnerships with airport authorities.
While the companies will integrate their technology platforms and best practices, they intend to preserve the existing brand equity and local focus that defined OHM’s portfolio since its 1998 founding. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company acted as the exclusive financial advisor for OHM, while Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison provided legal counsel to OTG. The acquisition seeks to enhance investment capacity and operational scale for airline and brand partners alike.
