The company’s ordinary shares continue to trade under the ticker EVGN on the Nasdaq Capital Market without immediate disruption. Its listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange remains unaffected by the current status of its American shares.
Management has signaled that maintaining its Nasdaq presence is a primary objective. Should market conditions persist, the company is evaluating strategic measures to satisfy the listing criteria, including the possibility of a reverse share split. Evogene, which utilizes its proprietary ChemPass AI platform for drug and agricultural chemical design, maintains that its core operations remain focused on long-term product development despite the ongoing regulatory challenge.
