The 2026 recognition arrives following the program’s most competitive selection cycle to date. An independent panel of judges evaluated entrants based on leadership, innovation, workplace culture, and community impact. The profile specifically credited Achieve’s internal promotion pathways, its emphasis on purpose-driven innovation, and a corporate culture that integrates volunteerism into daily operations.
Co-Founder and Co-CEO Brad Stroh attributed the streak to a mission-driven approach that prioritizes both staff and clients. By fostering an environment where employees feel their professional growth directly impacts consumer outcomes, the firm maintains a consistent service standard. Senior Vice President of Human Resources Heather Marcom added that the strategy hinges on giving staff the autonomy to contribute ideas and advance their careers. Since its inception in 2002, the company has managed over $22 billion in debt resolution and facilitated $15 billion in loans, further cementing its role in the state's economic landscape. The honorees are scheduled to be celebrated at an event in Phoenix on October 8.
