Hargis arrives at the Texas-based infrastructure firm following a tenure at Key Energy Services, where she functioned as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Her professional background includes overseeing enterprise-wide compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Prior to her time at Key Energy, she held senior legal positions at U.S. Concrete, including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School and an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University.
CEO Joe Cutillo noted that Hargis’s background in mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory governance will play a role in the company’s ongoing growth strategy. Sterling operates across the U.S. in sectors ranging from data center site development to transportation and residential concrete solutions.
