McClintock, who previously spent three years as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, inherits a firm currently balancing operational transformation with high customer satisfaction metrics. Internal data reports a Net Promoter Score of +50 and a customer satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of 5.0, benchmarks that Chairman Dudley Slater cited as evidence of the new CEO’s effectiveness during his interim tenure.

With over two decades of industry experience, including previous roles at Impact Telecom, KDDI Global, and New Global Telecom, McClintock is positioned to steer Fusion Connect through the ongoing convergence of cloud communications, managed security, and artificial intelligence. His stated objective is to move beyond the firm's recent foundational work to accelerate growth and strengthen partner relationships. By maintaining a focus on U.S.-based support and a diverse portfolio ranging from UCaaS to SD-WAN, the company intends to capture further market share as enterprise demand for modernized connectivity tools continues to evolve.
