Investors Targeted in Coastal Financial Securities Class Action

Investors who purchased Coastal Financial Corporation common stock between October 28, 2024, and July 29, 2026, face a critical deadline. Rosen Law Firm has initiated a class action lawsuit, requiring those seeking to serve as lead plaintiff to file their motions with the court by December 1, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges that Coastal Financial misled shareholders regarding the credit risks inherent in its CCBX business unit. Specifically, the complaint asserts that the company failed to accurately disclose its exposure to potential credit losses and overstated the effectiveness of its contractual indemnification protections. According to the filing, these omissions and false statements artificially influenced market perception until the true extent of the risks emerged, causing financial damage to investors.

Legal representation is currently being organized by Rosen Law Firm, which invites affected shareholders to participate in the litigation. Under the contingency fee arrangement, participants incur no out-of-pocket costs. While a lawsuit is active, no class has been formally certified; investors may choose their own counsel or remain as absent class members. Those interested in the litigation or in assuming a representative role should contact Phillip Kim at 866-767-3653.
