CEO Dominic Brisby, who took the helm earlier this year, characterized 2026 as a period of structural overhaul. The company has moved to simplify its organization and eliminate inefficiencies, a process that management believes is already yielding results. Nomad now anticipates a return to organic revenue growth in the third quarter, with projections for the full year adjusted to a decline of 2%–3%, an improvement over previous guidance of 2%–5%.
Central to the company's long-term strategy is a push to leverage its pan-European supply chain and accelerate productivity initiatives, which management expects will now exceed €200 million in savings. To demonstrate confidence in the new direction, leadership has invested approximately $10.5 million of their own capital into Nomad shares over the past thirteen months. The company remains committed to maintaining its dividend while balancing debt management and strategic investment in its core frozen food portfolio.
