Managing Partners Stuart Canzeri and David Hughes will lead the new office, located at Buckhead Plaza, serving as the firm's primary base for regional expansion. Under the arrangement, Peachtree Financial Group transitions to the Waterloo Capital brand. Canzeri will spearhead recruitment efforts, targeting independent advisors who seek institutional-grade tax, investment, and operational support without relinquishing control of their client relationships.
This partnership marks Waterloo Capital’s tenth office nationwide and follows a series of recent acquisitions, including the September investment in Virginia-based Bay Rivers Group Wealth Partners. The firm currently maintains a platform spanning over a dozen advisory brands. By integrating Peachtree’s practice into its "360 Critical Infrastructure" model, Waterloo aims to provide the Atlanta office with enhanced private market capabilities and family office services. CEO John Chatmas identified Atlanta as a priority market, noting that the firm intends to make further announcements regarding its regional presence in the coming months.
