SciBase Adjusts Warrant Terms Following September Rights Issue

Following a board-approved rights issue on September 3, 2026, Stockholm-based medical technology firm SciBase Holding AB has completed a mandatory recalculation of its series TO 2 warrants. Under the updated terms, each TO 2 warrant now entitles the holder to subscribe for 0.01 shares at a price of SEK 37.47 per share. This exercise window opens on April 3, 2029, and closes on April 17, 2029. The recalculation was triggered by the terms and conditions established during the company's April 2024 capital raise, which mandate adjustments to warrant structures following subsequent equity offerings.
