Before this appointment, Green served as Vice President and Area Managing Director for The Davenport Hotel Collection in Spokane, Washington. Her work there included the launch of the Pacific Northwest Food & Wine Festival. Her previous experience includes roles as Area General Manager for the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge and Hotel Viking, where she received the Franchise Leadership Team of the Year award from Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Jason Reader, Chief Operating Officer at Davidson, noted that Green’s history as a founding member of the company’s inaugural GM Council played a key role in her selection for this position. A graduate of Johnson & Wales with a degree in Food & Beverage Management, Green is expected to focus on scaling operational standards and fostering team engagement across Davidson’s expanding footprint.
