Aline and eAdmit Partner to Digitally Streamline Senior Living Admissions

Senior living operators often struggle with fragmented software, forcing staff to juggle multiple systems between a family’s decision and final move-in. A new partnership between Aline and eAdmit aims to bridge this gap by embedding secure electronic signature and document workflows directly into the Aline CRM platform to accelerate admissions.

The integration, branded as eSign, automates the transition from initial agreement to completed resident documentation. By centralizing digital forms, pre-filled resident data, and real-time tracking, the tool removes the manual burden of chasing signatures and managing physical paperwork. According to eAdmit, the implementation has already demonstrated significant efficiency gains, cutting admissions processing time by 40–60% and reducing administrative paperwork hours by 25–40%.

Brandon Logsdon, CEO of Aline, noted that the collaboration addresses a critical friction point where families and staff frequently encounter delays. For community providers, the system offers comprehensive audit trails and compliance support, allowing teams to dedicate more time to resident care rather than administrative overhead. The eSign functionality is now available for users of both Aline CRM and Aline Smart Referral CRM, providing a unified digital experience across the resident lifecycle.
