The system integrates directly into Aditum’s Zero Touch AX series routers, allowing mobile devices to authenticate via carrier credentials without requiring passwords or captive portals. By supporting providers including AT&T, AT&T FirstNet, T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, and Google Fi, the platform offers a path to resolve indoor dead zones in multifamily buildings. Verizon support is currently in development, with a rollout slated for late 2026 or early 2027. CEO Brian Higgins noted the expansion aims to provide property managers with robust, purpose-built tools that turn standard ISP infrastructure into a more versatile asset.
Beyond mobile connectivity, Aditum has upgraded its management portal with advanced operational and financial intelligence. New dashboards provide portfolio-wide oversight, tracking metrics like latency, WAN capacity pressure, and P95 utilization. For properties utilizing direct tenant billing, the platform now surfaces granular revenue data, including past-due balances and per-subscriber payment history. These tools are currently available for all properties equipped with AX series routers, while those using older AC hardware can phase in the new capabilities during equipment upgrades.
