The Hong Kong-listed medical aesthetic firm, which specializes in energy-based devices and injectables, intends to execute the buyback under its existing mandate. Depending on future capital needs, the company may either cancel the acquired shares or retain them as treasury stock. Co-CEO and CFO Jiahong Li stated that the decision reflects a comprehensive assessment of the company’s current financial position and market performance.
Sisram’s recent financial results underscore a period of expansion, with first-half 2026 revenue reaching $171.4 million—a 3.6% increase year-on-year. International markets outside North America proved particularly resilient, growing 16.7% to $127 million. The injectables segment has emerged as a significant growth engine, jumping 54.2% to $22.2 million. As the company continues to scale its operations across its three strategic hubs in Israel, the United States, and China, management emphasized that the repurchase program remains a disciplined effort to share growth benefits with shareholders while maintaining flexibility for further business development.
