The company’s platform automates patient calls, currently handling over one million conversations monthly across 1,500 practices. With revenue jumping sevenfold in the past year, the technology is finding traction by resolving 70% of calls without human intervention. Clients range from specialized groups like DAG Dental to major institutions such as the Hôpital Fondation de Rothschild, which manages intake and scheduling for 350,000 annual patients.
Vocca’s model differentiates itself by integrating directly into existing practice management software, bypassing the need for clinics to overhaul their workflows. By mastering specialty-specific scheduling logic, the system allows practices to go live in days. Founders Eliott Hoffenberg and Hugo Danet plan to deploy the new funding to expand beyond voice into additional communication channels, broaden its specialty coverage, and deepen its footprint in the United States. With 40 employees currently split between New York and Paris, the firm intends to double its headcount by the end of the year.
