Traditional security systems often struggle to distinguish between a routine employee entry and a potential security breach. The integration of EyePop.ai allows Truman to bridge this gap by correlating real-time visual data with verified identity credentials, access permissions, and location logs. This context-aware approach enables the system to trigger autonomous workflows, such as dispatching drones or alerting personnel, only when an event deviates from established policies.
Gary Fish, CEO of Secure Passage, describes this as the evolution of Physical AI, where perception and identity intersect to drive automated action. Rather than simply alerting operators to movement, the platform flags anomalies based on specific site requirements—such as tailgating, PPE compliance, or perimeter breaches. According to Andy Jones, the company's CTO, the shift allows security teams to move away from passive screen monitoring toward outcome management. The technology is currently available across all Truman deployments, supported by the firm’s Global Security Operations Center in Kansas City.
