The acquisition adds a robust network of 25,000 customers to Klipboard’s footprint, spanning industries from construction and logistics to HVAC and plumbing. By folding in Linxup’s suite—which includes AI-enabled dashcams, driver behavior monitoring, and equipment tracking—Klipboard gains deeper access to the U.S. market. This move follows the company’s 2025 purchase of RAM Tracking, cementing a strategy of consolidating regional fleet management players under a single, vertically-focused umbrella.
Linxup CEO Drew Reynolds noted that the partnership provides his team with a larger global platform to accelerate product innovation. Meanwhile, Klipboard CEO Ian Bendelow emphasized that the integration allows his firm to offer a more comprehensive range of field operation tools. With the addition of Linxup, Klipboard now supports over 80,000 customers globally, leveraging a workforce of nearly 1,900 employees to manage complex, industry-specific workflows across 74 countries.
