Leo Pareja Takes Helm at AGNT

Leo Pareja stepped into the role of chief executive officer at AGNT this Thursday, marking a significant leadership shift for the organization. He succeeds Glenn Sanford, the company’s former leader, who will remain attached to the firm as board chair following the transition announced in a recent regulatory filing.

Pareja arrives at AGNT fresh from his recent tenure at eXp Realty, where he served as CEO earlier this year. His background includes founding and leading the real estate data firm Remine, which he managed until its eventual acquisition by MLS Technology Holdings.

Sanford’s departure from the top executive post does not signal a total exit from the company. Beyond his continuing duties as board chair, AGNT intends to retain him through a consulting services agreement. According to the SEC filing, he will receive the standard compensation package designated for non-employee directors, despite his deep institutional ties and historical leadership roles within the company.
