Management plans to deploy the proceeds to retire two significant bridge facilities. The first, a 6.39 billion peso credit line, was utilized for the acquisition of ASUR US Commercial Airports, LLC. The second, a $1.299 billion facility, financed the purchase of Companhia de Participações em Concessões. Any remaining capital is earmarked for general corporate liquidity and the refinancing of existing financial obligations.
